A U.S. district judge dismissed Jesse Ventura's lawsuit against the TSA — ruling that the court lacked jurisdiction. Ventura filed his lawsuit in January, claiming that the Transportation Security Administration's scans and pat-downs violated the Fourth Amendment's prohibition of unreasonable searches and seizures. "Our judicial system in this country today is a bunch of cowards," he said. "They won't let me go to court. Is that the American way? My only way of fighting back ... I will never stand for the national anthem again."
