    Jesse Ventura Might Run For President Or Move To Mexico

    A U.S. district judge dismissed Jesse Ventura's lawsuit against the TSA -- ruling that the court lacked jurisdiction. The former Minnesota governor gave a heated speech outside the St. Paul federal courthouse yesterday in response to the judge's decision -- in the same breath he threatened to apply for Mexican citizenship and run for president.

    Ventura filed his lawsuit in January, claiming that the Transportation Security Administration's scans and pat-downs violated the Fourth Amendment's prohibition of unreasonable searches and seizures. "Our judicial system in this country today is a bunch of cowards," he said. "They won't let me go to court. Is that the American way? My only way of fighting back ... I will never stand for the national anthem again."
