    No, you can’t just ticket teenagers, make it fair ticket everyone, and ticket more than just public profanity. Stop getting other people to do parenting. I was a bad kid but I rarely swore because I saw no point in it and my parents had me shook if I ever said a bad word and they found out, wooo my ass was grass. Parents need to learn how to enforce and stop getting others to.
