1. Pilot & Flight Crew

OK, let's get one thing straight: not everyone in the Air Force is a pilot -- but plenty of people are! Or they serve as an aircraft crew member. Many of our Michigan ANG pilots fly for the airlines in their civilian job and serve their state & nation flying with us.

From rough carpentry to electrical work, road construction to plumbing, our Civil Engineer Airmen quickly learn their way around a job site.

Our Security Forces Airmen are trained both as security specialists and as law enforcement officers. In fact, many of our SFS Airmen serve as police officers or as other first responders in the local community when not on duty in the Air National Guard.

Ya gotta eat, right? And sooner or later, you need a place to sleep. Our Services Airmen provide the meals, the lodging, the recreation services, all the things needed to keep our Airmen ready to Fly, Fight & Win!
